Hello, over the past 25+ years I have specialized in residential real estate in the San Fernando, Conejo and Simi Valleys, especially the West Hills and Woodland Hills communities. In that time, I have been involved with over 400 transactions in those areas; you would be hard pressed to find an agent who has sold more homes in those neighborhoods or knows them better than I do. Before I began my real estate career, I worked my way through Pierce College and Cal State Northridge, studying business and economics.
 
West Hills and Woodland Hills are welcoming communities; have top schools and convenient shopping. It’s a great place to call home; I know because my family has been living here for almost 20 years. My children have gone through the local schools and are now at El Camino Real Charter High School, and we have been very happy living locally. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, ice skating, saltwater fishing and riding roller coasters. My greatest pleasure is spending time with my husband, two teenage children and my extended family and friends. I also support and have been involved with the Lockhurst Elementary, Hale Charter Academy Middle School and (soon) El Camino Real Charter High School PTSAs, Camp Ronald McDonald, Parents Against Leukemia, Acing Autism and the United Way.
 
Professionally, I have been honored as a Top 10 and Top 20 agent at Pinnacle Real Estate the past two years (out of 650 agents) and have been a member of the San Fernando Valley Association of Realtors since 1986. More importantly, I have hundreds of happy past clients and I can provide referrals upon request.
